HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM

1. WARRANTY

We will provide 2 years warranty for any item you purchase thru our website warranty will be effective from date of printing invoice, therefore warranty will only cover manufacturing defects.

2. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

1.     ALSUHAILI would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority.

2.    Regrettably, we can’ offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective.

3.    Because of the nature of this product, we can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be made within 3 days of your receipt of the product.

4.   If you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us at [email protected] for further instructions.

3. SHIPPING RATES WITHIN (KSA).

1.     Any order above 5000 SAR will be shipped for free.

2.    Any order less than 5000 SAR customer will have to choose mode of shipping.

3.    Normal Delivery 5-10 business working days.

4. HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

1.     When returning an item, you can choose your preferred refund method in the Online Returns.

2.    If you are receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 7-25 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.

NOTE: If we refunded you to a MADA card and you no longer have the physical card, the card is still stored within your account. It can be used

toward future purchases on the account it is stored in.

5. VIRUS PANDEMIC & WARS

1.     Purchases that already been delivered cannot be returned.

2.    Only credit cards or Mada payments are available.

6. PRODUCTS THAT COULD NOT BE RETURNED

1.     All types of Cables.

2.    All types of Transformers.

3.    All types of Safety Switches

4.   If return request is made after the specified time frame of 3 days from delivery including weekends, official holiday.

5.    Product used or Damaged.

6.    Defective product covered under Manufacturer.
